The LieviReal proofing cabinets have been designed to be installed together with the Real range of ovens, being a perfect match in terms of dimensions and design.

The doors are made from stainless steel both on the inside and outside, while the large window ensures good product visibility. Practical to use, being fitted with automatic dampers on the doors, meaning no devices are needed to close them; rather, a system closes the door softly onto the gaskets as it approaches

The panelling guarantees excellent insulation thanks to the very thick layer of insulating material. Panels with aluminium sheet on the inside and outside.

The base support is available on request and features fully stainless steel construction.

Humidification and heating are provided by a unit that ensures uniform air distribution.

The control panel is clear and intuitive, incorporating the two controllers for automatic humidity and temperature management.

Steam control is managed using a resistive sensor with a range of measurement from 15 to 90% RH and an accuracy of ±5% RH.

Tunnel-style construction is also available, with one or two doors on one side and the same on the other.

On the inside the fully stainless steel channelling guides the trolleys, preventing damage to the walls, while the central column, in two-door cabinets, provides extra strength.
