Features

Steam pipe oven with double pipe Ø27 for top and baking floor, triple loop fumes, thick refractory bricks in the lower part and lateral and upper cement flows, for a perfect isolation of heat and steam.

Frontal right side furnace on the right for the installation of a gas or diesel burner and fume exhaust on the rear left side with manual shutter. Furnace construction on the left side by request.

Front of the oven made in 304 stainless steel with balanced and removable windows and illumination lamps into the decks.

Chamber’s height for 3 decks oven 21 cm; for oven with 4 decks 18, 18, 18 and 21 cm.

Steam engine located in the lower side of the oven over the fume channels.

Control panel interchangeable on the left or right side (choosing during installation) with temperature control, baking time, steaming without timing with solenoid valves, hood aspiration, chamber lights and reserve thermostat.

Hood with removable grid and steam discharge.

Isolation made with rockwool. Lateral panel made of stainless steel and upper cover in galvanized iron

1.A – Standard control panel with digital thermoregulator, timer for baking time and buttons for steam supply. In the lower area there is a mechanical thermostat which allows to work even if the main thermoregulator breaks down.
